While we get ready to venture across the pond, Johnny works hard in the studio. He likes to leave some new work in the gallery while we are away in Italy.
This week, it's all about shutting down the home studio...putting away paint, cleaning things up and getting it all set for when we return.
Johnny likes to have the studio set to go, as when he returns, he'll be inspired by the trip to start a new body of work.

He plans to do about forty pieces while we are in Umbria, twenty oil on panel and twenty gouache on paper. We'll see what happens.
